How to send your purchased ticket to the passenger

After completing your purchase, your ticket will be available in the passenger portal to view and share with the designated passenger.


Hit the "Details" button on the desired ticket.


On the ticket details view you can:

  1. Print ticket: Hit this button to open the ticket and automatically open the print dialog. Instructions on how to use the printed ticket are included on the printout.

  2. Send email ticket link: Under the "Send ticket to passenger" heading, you can enter an email address of the passenger to send them the private ticket link. The passenger can access the ticket on their device by opening the private ticket link included in the email.

  3. Send SMS ticket link: Under the "Send ticket to passenger" heading, you can enter the mobile number of the passenger to send them the private ticket link. The passenger can access the ticket on their device by opening the private ticket link included in the text message.

  4. Send Whatsapp ticket link (mobile only): Under the "Send ticket to passenger" heading, Opens Whatsapp with a preformatted message including a private link to the ticket which the passenger can use. Select the passenger as the recipient of the message.

  5. Send Messenger ticket link (mobile only): Opens Facebook Messenger with a preformatted message including a private link to the ticket which the passenger can use. Select the passenger as the recipient of the message.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure the private ticket link is only shared with the passenger, and the passenger also understands this ticket is not to be shared with anyone else. Ticket scanners installed on vehicles are designed to flag duplicate tickets and operators have complete discretion on how they deal with ticket fraud.
