In most cases you can update this directly within the ShuttleID Passenger Portal. From the "Account" view, hit the "Edit" button next to your existing email address.
You can then input the new email address and click "send code".
You will then receive a unique confirmation code to your email address provided, and upon entering this confirmation code your email address will be updated.
If you cannot access your account to update the email address yourself or you cannot see an "Edit" button, please email [email protected] with the following information:

Please note the request must be sent from your old email address. If you no longer have access to the old email address we will require further security measures to complete the process.
