If you've made a mistake whilst completing the information on your ticket do not worry. In most cases you can update this directly within the ShuttleID Passenger Portal. From the "My tickets" view, hit the "Details" button on your ticket.
On the ticket details view there will be an "Edit" link next to the passenger name. Here you can update it in the event of a name correction. Your Transport Provider will be notified of the correction.
If your type of ticket does not include an "Edit" link next to the passenger name, you can instead email [email protected] with the following information:
Current name (incorrect)
New name (correct)
Transport Provider (bus/coach company, school or workplace that sells the bus tickets)
Please note the request must be sent from the same email address used to purchase the ticket.
