How to change the passenger name on your ticket

If you've made a mistake whilst completing the information on your ticket do not worry. Just email [email protected] with the following information:

  1. Current name (incorrect)
    โ€‹

  2. New name (correct)
    โ€‹

  3. Transport operator (name of your bus/coach company)

Please note the request must be sent from the same email address used to purchase your ticket.
