When making an order using Pay By Bank, the platform will temporarily reserve your ticket for up to 15 minutes.
This gives you plenty of time to open or log into your banking app/website to approve the payment for your purchase.
Hitting the "Confirm & Pay" button on the Passenger Portal starts the timer and your 15 minute reservation starts from this point only.
If you fail to authorise the payment within 15 minutes via your bank, your order can no longer be guaranteed and risks being unfulfilled, in the event there is a lot of demand for the type of ticket you are purchasing.
However, as long as there is enough capacity, we will still attempt to fulfil your ticket purchase even beyond the 15 minute reservation, but this is only possible subject to there being available unreserved capacity.
